At Velvet Hour, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- Free from perfume, makeup, or any other marks
- In its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, and any items marked as final sale.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
